Many other fingerstyle versions around, none of them really playable for me. 

I tried to make it a bit easier and really wanted to stick to the original key. No way.

Some hints: 

- Quite tricky sort of a groove. Play the bass separately for a start, just to develop a feel for it. 

- Some parts of it are lightly strummed (underlined in red)

- Chord hint: play the E major barring the second fret with your index finger.
